About Pausar
Pausar was created as an extension of Ana's clinical practice — a free tool that makes evidence-based mindfulness practices accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
What Pausar is
Pausar is a small space on the internet to stop, breathe, and return to yourself. Across three simple modules — a personalized affirmation, a guided micro-meditation, and a mood check-in — we offer a light daily ritual: no sign-up, no clutter, no noise.
How the AI works
Every affirmation and meditation is generated on the spot, on demand, using language models (such as OpenAI's GPT). You describe in a sentence how you're feeling, pick a meditation style (mindfulness, self-compassion, loving-kindness, pure presence, focus & clarity, and more), and the AI writes an original text grounded in that moment.
The styles draw inspiration from well-known contemporary contemplative traditions, but the content is always uniquely generated — no canned recordings, no copy-paste.
Who it's for
- People new to meditation looking for a simple entry point
- Existing meditators who want a short daily reminder
- Professionals under heavy mental load who need micro-breaks
- Anyone going through anxiety, transition, or emotional fatigue
What Pausar is not
Pausar is not a mental health service and does not replace therapy or psychiatric care. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency services.
